Our new CW5 U-groove wheels are sized right in between our CW3 and CW4 wheels. They are manufactured with one integrated bearing and have a 8mm center bore, meaning you can replace the wheels on most dollies that use skate/skateboard wheels. This will allow you to use your dolly on any uneven surface with the help of some pipes.
As seen in some of the pictures, these will run best on a pipe with an outside diameter of around 3/4 inches (20mm) . The outside diameter of the wheel is 1.5 inches (39mm) and about 1.2 inches (30mm) at the bottom of U groove and the width of each wheel is 3/4 inches (19mm). If you’re planning to build your own dolly you can also use a 5/16” bolt instead of a 8mm.
